Punter wins life-changing Super 6 jackpot after nailing Arsenal vs Liverpool prediction to complete insane bet

Three of Lee's predictions were saved by goals in stoppage time.

A lucky punter has scooped a seven-figure sum after he correctly predicted six of last weekend’s Premier League scores, including Sunday's 2-2 draw between Arsenal and Liverpool.

Lee, from Swansea, was one of many to take part in the popular free-to-enter game, where players must correctly predict a total of six fixtures from a weekend of Premier League action.

Ahead of last weekend's round of games, Lee guessed that Manchester City would record a 1-0 victory over Southampton – a final score that only 0.2% of players correctly predicted.

He also nailed the scores for Aston Villa vs Bournemouth [1-1], Everton vs Fulham [1-1], Chelsea vs Newcastle United [2-1], West Ham vs Manchester United [2-1] and of course, Arsenal vs Liverpool [2-2].

Remarkably, three of Lee's predictions were saved by goals in stoppage time. A 92nd minute penalty from Jarrod Bowen handed West Ham a controversial win over Manchester United, while Beto's 94th minute strike for Everton secured a 1-1 draw against Fulham.

Then, a dramatic 96th minute equaliser from Evanilson earned Bournemouth a hard-fought point against Aston Villa after the Brazilian striker headed home to spoil Unai Emery's two-year anniversary in charge at Villa Park.

Lee must have been on the edge of his seat watching Arsenal come up against Liverpool at the Emirates and for some time, it looked like the hosts would snatch all three points.

But in the 81st minute, the inevitable Mohamed Salah netted an equaliser for Arne Slot's side, who currently sit second in the Premier League ladder after walking away from North London with a point.

Lee, meanwhile, was celebrating winning the Super 6 jackpot of £1 million. "Well done to them," said one fan. "Last minute goals all over the shop. Beto. Evanilson. Bowen."

Another wrote: "Brilliant well done Lee, I’ve spent 15 minutes on the edge of my seat on your behalf. Spend it well," and a third commented: "Absolutely sensational. Almost impossible to do. Fair play to that man."

A fourth added: "Kudos. Putting City to win 1-0 is a ridiculous amount of courage. Deserves it for that alone."

At around 8:15pm on Sunday night, the Super 6 account on X confirmed that Lee had picked up the phone to discuss the winning bet. Before the call, they said: "Keep your phone handy, we're about to change your life."
