With the Premier League title race heading toward boiling point, the three right-backs involved in the tantalizing race have been put under the microscope and there is a clear winner.

The 23/24 season has provided arguably the most entertaining title race we have seen in the Premier League era, with Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City all locked together heading towards the final day.

Throughout the last weeks and months, there has been multiple shifts in initiative with all three clubs being in the driving seat at one stage.

Following Arsenal's outstanding 5-0 victory against Chelsea, they sit top of the pile, three points ahead of Liverpool who face Everton tonight, and four points ahead of holders Manchester City.

Despite being in third place, Pep Guardiola's side still have it in their hands due to having played two fewer games than Mikel Arteta's Arsenal.

All three teams have been excellent down their right flanks, and with three English right-backs, the comparisons were always inevitable.

Ben White, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Kyle Walker have all been sensational for their teams this season, but who has had the best season?

According to Squawka, there is a clear winner between the three England internationals.

Out of 18 statistics the trio were ranked and it was Arsenal's man who came out on top beating his title rivals in an impressive 12 of the categories.

White was superior across: Games played, minutes played, goals, assists (joint with Alexander-Arnold), conversion rate, tackles made, ground duel success, clearances, interceptions, blocked shots, clean sheets, and possession lost.

Considering White's history as a centre-back, it is no surprise to see him dominating in the majority of the defensive stats, however, his dominance in attacking areas is the real shock.

White has been a revelation as an overlapping full-back, and the 26-year-old's relationship with Bukayo Saka has been pivotal for Arsenal's title charge.

Unfortunately for England fans, it looks unlikely White will be available for the Euros, as the Arsenal man has made it clear he doesn't want to represent his country. Luckily for Gareth Southgate, his other right-back options aren't too shabby.
