When Jadon Sancho Destroyed A Teammate With A Nutmeg So Filthy, He Walked Off The Pitch

Manchester United players will have to keep their legs closed in case Jadon Sancho fancies going on a nutmegging spree

Jadon Sancho once rinsed a teammate with a nutmeg so filthy that he genuinely walked off the pitch.

The 21-year-old was taking part in a small-sided game during a Borussia Dortmund training session when he produced the deftest nutmeg on a fellow player.

Sancho then found the former with a sublime finish. But his victim, having been sent to the shops, didn't even get to see what happened next.

Because as soon as he was nutmegged and his soul left his body, he already started walking off the pitch - a teammate on the sideline escorting him off in a quite hilarious moment.

The reaction of Erling Haaland was also utterly priceless.

Nutmegs from Sancho are anything but a rare occurrence. In one of his first training sessions with Dortmund Sancho was given a stern warning from captain Marcel Schmelzer after a nutmeg.

But prior to that, in a Manchester City training session, skipper Vincent Kompany was fooled by Sancho and he too wasn't best pleased.

"I nutmegged the captains of Dortmund (Marcel Schmelzer) and City (Vincent Kompany) and they said: 'don't do that again.' They don't like it." he revealed in an interview with JD Sports.

Even after a dream £73 million move to Manchester United, Sancho will always be that young kid showboating in street football in South London.

Speaking to SPORTbible in 2019, Sancho said: "For me personally I just like to show what I have and just try and do everything for my team - if it does include a nutmeg then it includes a nutmeg. I'm more than happy to get the crowd cheering, get excited and stand on their feet."
