Barcelona kept the pressure on Real Madrid with a 4-1 win over Las Palmas last night.

Barcelona matched the result of their title-rivals Real Madrid last night when they thrashed Las Palmas 4-1 away from home.

Neymar bagged a hat-trick, while Luis Suarez was also on target in the resounding win, which keeps the Blaugrana top of the table for the time being due to their better head-to-head record, though Real have a game in hand on their title rivals and if they collect four points from their final two games, they will be crowned champions.

Back to the game for a minute, Barcelona opened the scoring with a team goal that is archetypal of their playing style. Neymar was the man who finished it off in the 25th minute but the move was constructed by Sergio Busquets in the middle of the park.

Sitting deep in midfield, the Spaniard received the ball under pressure from two Las Palmas players but oozed composure, bypassing the two players with three deft touches; skillfully flicking the ball into the path of Andres Iniesta, and allowing his teammate the space to pick a pass.

Busquets is undoubtedly the master when it comes to being a deep lying playmaker (sorry for the Football Manager reference) and having the composure to turn with opponents chasing him.

If you want some more Busquets goodness, watch him schooling Isco with a sublime turn earlier on in the season:

What a player Busquets, and yet for some reason, it still feels as though he's somewhat underappreciated as a footballer.
