Paris Saint-Germain fans made their tribute to missing footballer Emiliano Sala heard loud and clear at the Parc des Princes.

During their match against Strasbourg, club supporters started to chant the 28-year-old Argentine's name.

Check it out below.

Amazing, right?

Before Sala signed for Cardiff City in the January transfer window, he played for Nantes and Bordeaux, so he has a history of playing in Ligue 1 and against PSG.

Sala was travelling on an aircraft, along with pilot David Ibbotson, that went missing over the Channel Islands on Monday.

Yesterday, WhatsApp audio messages from the player emerged online, which showed how worried he was when he was on the plane.

Guernsey Police tweeted that the search for the missing plane had been suspended, with an announcement coming tomorrow morning on whether they would recommence their search.

SPORTbible would like to send out its condolences to the families and friends of Mr Sala and Mr Ibbotson during this difficult time.
