Everyone's taking part in the 'Mannequin challenge' these days; a viral craze where people try and stay motionless as if they are in a massive game of musical statues.

Celebrities and sports teams have got onboard - with Premier League side Sunderland getting involved when they were training today.

It's international break so the Black Cats players, including Jermain Defoe, Adnan Januzaj and Jason Denayer, thought they'd have a bit of fun but as you can imagine, it didn't exactly go down too well with some people on social media.
