Sergio Ramos Played Fewer Minutes Than Marcus Rashford And Still Scored More Goals Last Season
Sergio Ramos' major improvement in the final third has left Manchester United fans red-faced after he scored more times than Marcus Rashford last season.
The Real Madrid captain turned his performances up a notch and scored 17 times in 53 matches, clocking in 3,645 minutes on the pitch.
But the same can't be said for Rashford as he was second fiddle to Romelu Lukaku at times, despite playing in 58 matches and finding the back of the net 16 times.
The 21-year-old United forward played 3,669 minutes, playing more minutes and in five more matches than the 33-year-old Spanish centre-back.

And Rashford fired on all cylinders with the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjær at Old Trafford, but his form began to dwindle away as the season continued.
Ramos has not only been a deadly threat for his club, but he has also carried over his superb form for his country.
The Spain captain recently broke the record for most international wins for a player during his side's Euro 2020 qualifiers.
And he has also scored in his last eight matches for Spain and brought his tally up to 20, which has allowed him to climb to 11th place in the country's all-time top scorers.

Rashford did make his mark for England when he scored a penalty in their 3-1 Nations League semi-final defeat to the Netherlands.
However, he was forced off the pitch at half-time after he picked up an injury.
The England international, who has been linked with Barcelona, will be hoping that he is a regular up front when the new season starts up.
And Rashford, who is Solskjær's preferred attacking option, could face no challenge from Lukaku next season.
The 26-year-old Belgian striker has been linked with a summer move to Inter Milan and recently praised club boss Antonio Conte.
Will Rashford be United's first-choice striker next season?
