Ross Barkley's Current Situation At Chelsea Is Very Sad
Ross Barkley's transfer to Chelsea really hasn't worked out thus far. The midfielder hasn't completed a single 90 minutes since joining the Premier League champions in January and he hasn't featured since the dreadful 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth.
Already struggling for fitness when he made the move to Stamford Bridge, having been on the sidelines for a lengthy spell at Everton, he's really not been up to it at Chelsea and you struggle to see him breaking into the side.
With his ability, Barkley should be pushing for a spot in England's World Cup but the reality is that he is playing in the reserves trying to get match sharpness.
The 24-year old turned out for Chelsea's development squad against Derby County, playing 60 minutes as he bids to make his return to first-team action.

His inclusion saddened a good chunk of Chelsea fans on Twitter:

Anyone wanna explain why this bloke is playing in the fucking South East Counties Senior League instead of for Chelsea in front of Slavisa Bakayoko?

A very unfortunate fall from grace for Barkley.
