Back in January, we ranked every Premier League boss on their performance halfway through the season, with Brendan Rodgers named 'Manager Of The Year' so far.

Leicester have a talented first XI but being two points off top spot after 19 games - above Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham - is still a huge achievement. So a grinning Brendan sits top of SPORTbible's TierMaker list.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in 'Elite Class' having silenced his critics by firing Manchester United up the table.

He's joined by Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti and - just about - Jurgen Klopp. Controversial, as Liverpool are struggling badly, but Klopp is having to handle a nasty run of injuries.

We also rated Frank Lampard's time in charge of Chelsea as "sacked soon". Not a bad prediction, was it?

A month after creating the above ranking, you would have to promote Pep Guardiola to Manager of the Year, right?
