Chelsea fans are worried following Alvaro Morata deleting his Tweet which suggested the game he's targeting for his return from injury.

Morata has hit the ground running after completing a switch from Real Madrid in the summer, he's scoring goals in the Premier League and in Europe, too.

Though the Spanish striker was forced off against Manchester City last weekend as Chelsea succumbed to Pep Guardiola's incredible pressing tactics.

City continued their great run of form by inflicting the English champions with a 1-0 defeat.

To make matters worse for Antonio Conte, he'll be without his £60 million striker for the foreseeable future after Morata suffered a hamstring strain.

At first, Morata had hoped to return for Chelsea after the international break against Crystal Palace on the 14th October after posting the following message.

But he's since deleted the Tweet, and re posted the message on Instagram but without the Palace date.

It now appears his injury could rule him out for a longer period of time.

Goes without saying the Chelsea faithfuls noticed the altered message, and took to social media to vent their concern:

Here's hoping Morata returns sooner rather than later.
