Jorginho broke down in tears after captaining Chelsea to the Champions League final in touching scenes at the final whistle.
He collapsed to his knees and shed a tear in a heart-warming sequence which didn't go unnoticed by Chelsea fans.
Supporters on social media loved their skipper's reaction to securing a spot in the European showpiece against Manchester City.

But it appears their supporters are finally warming to the Brazilian-born midfield star.

The Blues are in a commanding position to finish in the top four in the league and have not one but two cup finals to look forward to this month.
