Micah Richards may have had the worst set of predictions in football history when it comes to the Champions League quarter-finals.

As a CBS Sports panelist, the former Manchester City star was required to predict the bracket and set up the final four in Europe's premier club competition.

He did so in a recent episode of the show while in the presence of colleagues Kate Abdo, Jamie Carragher and Thierry Henry.

The ex England international seemed so assured in his choices but it's fair to say that Richards got it horribly wrong.

He got zero out of four in his predictions, incorrectly stating that Arsenal, City, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid would all progress.

The opposite happened, as Real Madrid will take on Bayern, with Paris Saint-Germain locking horns with Borussia Dortmund.

Going through his picks, Richards said: "Arsenal-Bayern: The Arsenal.

"Okay, Real Madrid-Manchester City: Just Man City.

"We'll go over this way [with] a little pirouette there Jamie. Atletico-Dortmund: Atletico.

"PSG-Barca: Sorry Kylian [Mbappe], I'm going with Barca."

On Tuesday night, PSG boss Luis Enrique roasted Richards for predicting that Barca would qualify for the semi-finals.

And he wasn't the only one, with plenty of fans panning Richards online for his predictions.

One wrote: "An absolute stinker. He should consider other career paths."

A second said: "Like I know he’s putting this stuff on for the show but it’s so funny how he was pratting about and got 0/4."

A third commented: "Bro hit a quadruple of misses."

A fourth added: "Sums up his football knowledge."

A final user: "Sums up his football knowledge."
