James McClean, just like many other sporting athletes, took to social media to post their reactions to Brexit, yet it's his controversial post which has seen him delete his Twitter account.
Currently on Republic of Ireland duty, who have progressed through to the Last 16 following a goal in the dying stages by Robbie Brady, yet took time out to express his views.
Never one to shy away from attention, the 27-year-old made post captioned "Reignition of the flames of reunification #BorderPatrol #UnitedIreland." Shortly after deleting his account. Check out the tweet below:
