The La Liga title race will reach it's conclusion this weekend, as Real Madrid travel to Malaga and Barcelona host Eibar.
However if Madrid can avoid defeat against the Boquerones on Sunday - a draw or victory would hand them the title - they will have to pay Malaga €1 million.
Zinedine Zidane's side are currently top of the table, three points ahead of Barcelona heading into the final batch of fixtures.

Barcelona's superior head-to-head record against Los Blancos means if Madrid lose against Malaga, the title will instead be flown to the Nou Camp.
Interestingly however, due to a clause in midfielder Isco's contract, Madrid will have to cough up the cash if they do manage to wrestle the trophy away from Barca.

Isco moved to the Bernabeu from Malaga in 2013 and according to reports in Spain, that deal included €3m in variables if the midfielder helped his new team win La Liga in his first five seasons.

Madrid have of course failed to win the title since Jose Mourinho was in charge but if this weekend's results go their way, they will need to part with a cool €1m.

In the grand scheme of things, it's hard to imagine Madrid will have a problem keeping their promise.
