Crystal Palace player Gary Cahill has been working hard to keep himself in top conditioning ahead of the new Premier League season -- and even John Terry knows it.
The former Chelsea and Bolton central defender shared an Instagram selfie as his chiselled abs were on full show for his 1.5m followers.
Set to return for his third season at Crystal Palace, Cahill has obviously been putting in the extra work since the Premier League campaign came to an end.

Since leaving Chelsea in 2019, Cahill hasn't featured much in the centre of Palace's defence, but that doesn't mean he isn't keeping himself in top shape in the hope of playing more football next season.
The 35-year-old's Instagram post even led to comments from former Chelsea teammates Cesc Fabregas and Terry.
Fabregas commented 'easy tiger' with a laughing emoji, while Danny Drinkwater and Wayne Bridge also praised him for his shredded physique.

Meanwhile, Chelsea legend Terry hilariously wrote: "Love it, big man. That's exactly why I made you get changed away from me."
Cahill will be hoping that the recent appointment of Patrick Vieira as Palace boss will result in some more playing time, especially as he fell out of favour with former manager Roy Hodgson.
The former Bolton defender won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2012 with a sensational penalty shootout win over Bayern Munich.

Cahill will be hoping that his dedication in the off season can keep Palace above the Premier League relegation zone in the coming season.
