Robbie Savage Proposes Naked Promise

Robbie Savage is clearly keen to upstage Gary Lineker.

The popular Match of the Day host sent social media into meltdown when he kept his promise after Leicester City won the league; the former England international hosted the show's season opener in his pants.

However, BT Sports pundit Robbie Savage may go one step further, as the former Blackburn midfielder has promised he will go naked if Hull City win the title this season.

Savage held a 10-minute question and answer session on Twitter this afternoon, with most fans keen to get the ex-Wales international's opinions on the new Premier League campaign.

Will Arsenal make the top four? What players is Savage most excited to watch this season? And who will be the league's top goalscorer?

All of which were thrown into irrelevance as soon as Savage threatened to strip off on live TV:

Even with Leicester City doing the seemingly impossible last season, it looks particularly unlikely that the Tigers will top the table come the end of May.

The departure of Steve Bruce, the apparent intention of the club's owner to sell and the lack of big-name signings, all point toward the club facing a relegation dogfight this term.

However, Hull City are currently third in the Premier League table after two games, with Mike Phelan having guided the club to successive victories over Swansea and Leicester.

Cue every BT viewer cancelling their subscription... you know, just in case.
