Bayern Munich Have Some Fun With Arsenal Ahead Of FA Cup Draw

The past few years have been a never ending cycle of Champions League draws that have seen Arsenal paired with either Barcelona or Bayern Munich in the latter stages of Europe's elite club competition. And even when it comes to the FA Cup, the Gunners now seemingly can't escape the Bundesliga champions.

The Draw for tonight's FA Cup fifth round is approaching and, when Arsenal's official Twitter account sent out a Tweet earlier today reminding their fans about the draw, Bayern's American social team couldn't resist issuing a cheeky response.

At least the Gunners saw the funny side...

We doubt the two teams will be sharing quite so many jokes on Wednesday 15th February, when the first leg of the pair's round of 16 tie kicks off at the Allianz Arena. The return leg, at the Emirates Stadium, takes place on Tuesday 7th March.

Arsenal have now been drawn against the Bavarian giants in the round of 16 three times in the last four years, while also coming up against them in last season's group stage, emerging victorious at the Emirates but suffering a crushing 5-1 defeat in Munich.

Will it be third time lucky for Arsene Wenger's men in this season's knockout stage?
