The lion's share of the vote for the Argentine superstar placed him well ahead of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and Barcelona teammates Luis Suarez and Gerard Pique.
Ronaldo, much like fierce rival Messi, was the clear winner in his category.
The 34-year-old Portuguese forward secured 67 per cent of the vote and beat the likes of Luka Modric, Jesus Navas and Wayne Rooney.
Posted below are how fans voted in Marca's best footballers ranked from 17 to 35.
