Kevin De Bruyne Clatters Adnan Januzaj In Belgium Training, No-One Seems To Care

A very bizarre and concerning moment involving Kevin De Bruyne and Adnan Januzaj occurred in Belgium training and was captured on camera.

Roberto Martinez's side, one of the most talented sides in the tournament on paper, are preparing for their opening game in Group G against Panama on Monday.

And it seems as though things have been uber competitive training, as footage shows.

In a clip that has been doing the rounds, Manchester City midfielder De Bruyne absolutely clatters Januzaj in a training match, sending the former Manchester United winger flying following a tackle straight out of Sunday League.

Then, oddly, KDB nor any other Red Devils' player seemed to care about Januzaj, who is in a heap on the turf. No-one bothered to check on whether the Real Sociedad man was OK. No apologies given, no fucks given.

One wonders why De Bruyne produced such a horrendous and dangerous tackle on his teammate mere days before Belgium get their World Cup campaign underway.

As per Metro, former Belgium striker Marc Degryse had the following assessment to the needlessly ill-timed challenge:

"Maybe De Bruyne wanted to show Januzaj that he had to react to the ball a little faster?

"It was a risky tackle that he would not do with a starting player."
