Bayern Munich star Arturo Vidal will most likely not be leaving the club this summer but he does want a big-money move away from the Allianz in the near future, if reports are to be believed.

Vidal's contract with the Bavarian giants runs until 2019, and he has been cheekily trying to get his fellow Chilean Alexis Sanchez to join him at the club by messaging him on WhatsApp.

Speaking to reporters in Chile about his tactics, he said:

"I told him it was the opportunity for him to be in a big team. If he wants to compare with the best, he has to go to the best team."

But if he gets his wish and Sanchez does join Bayern, Vidal might only end up playing with the Arsenal forward at club level for a season.

That's because according to Chilean journalist Maks Cardenas, Vidal has his sights set on moving to the Chinese Super League, where he will be swimming in the money, in 2018.

Clubs in the top tier of Chinese football have made it clear that are more than willing to splash out monumental transfer fees and big pay packets to attract the best players.

The likes of Ezequiel Lavezzi, Carlos Tevez, Axel Witsel, Oscar, Hulk, Ramires and Alex Teixeira are just some of the smorgasbord of high-profile players to have been lured by the super league.

Undoubtedly, more will follow in the coming years, and Vidal is apparently one who fancies earning the big bucks before he calls time on his career.

The former Bayer Leverkusen and Juventus man will be 32 by the time his Bayern deal finishes, but if reports are to be believed, his plan is to swap Germany for China next year - meaning Bayern would receive a transfer fee rather than see him leave on a free transfer the following year.

Do you think Vidal still has more years left in him at the top level of European football? Could you see him moving to China?
