Barcelona Fans Shouted 'Let Go Of Messi And 'Son Of A B***h,Thief' At Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi was met with a slew of insults from Barcelona fans upon his arrival in Catalonia on Monday.

The two sides meet at the Nou Camp in a huge Champions League knockout tie tonight and there's extra spice for the encounter given PSG's public pursuit of Barca talisman Lionel Messi.

Messi's compatriot Leonardo Paredes said the club are indeed trying to sign him, while PSG director Leonardo recently said Messi, out of contract and available on a free in the summer 'will always be on PSG's list' - prompting Barca president hopeful Joan Laporte to brand the club "disrespectful" for the way they've gone about it.

In 2017, the French side memorably signed Neymar from Barcelona in a shock £198 million world-record deal and it's clear that the club are still bitter about that whole episode.

"Leave Messi alone, thief!" was the cry from one fan, while another shouted "Son of a b**ch!" as an insult.

A third supporter mixed it up a bit by saying, "Give me one million euros".

Kylian Mbappe was booed and Mauricio Pochettino, former manager of Barca's rivals Espanyol, was also insulted.

It certainly wasn't a pleasant reception from Cule fans, who also decided to set off fireworks directly outside of the PSG hotel.

It happened at midnight on Tuesday and was clearly done as a way of disrupting the opposition side's sleep before the crunch clash.
