Micah Richards Makes His 'Co-Comms Debut' During Arsenal Vs. Leicester, Fans Can't Get Enough

Fans online loved Micah Richards' cameo appearance on commentary.

Micah Richards made his co-comms debut for Sky Sports during Arsenal vs. Leicester City and fans can't get enough of his hilarious cameo.

Audio issues at the Emirates prevented Martin Tyler and Alan Smith from providing commentary for the start of the second half.

Enter Richards who made a brief appearance as a commentator. He joked: "Is this my debut on co-comms? This is fantastic!"

Jamie Redknapp egged him on, saying: "Go on Micah, what you got?"

Well, the former Manchester City man swiftly replied with some commentary as Aaron Ramsdale launched the ball up field.

"Ramsdale on the ball," said Richards, which triggered laughter among Redknapp, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Dave Jones.

The commentary situation was eventually resolved with Tyler and Smith back calling the action, but fans loved Richards' brief co-comms showing.

Richards is a regular pundit on Sky Sports, having struck up a brilliant relationship with Roy Keane.

He's also done work for BBC and CBS Sports, where he's provided analysis on 'Match of the Day' and covered the Champions League.
