Marcus Rashford's earnings from outside of football are revealed and they are eye-watering

The England pair are both involved in businesses outside of football which have earned eyewatering amounts.

Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden's earnings away from starring for Manchester United and Manchester City on a weekly basis have been revealed with the England internationals involved in numerous businesses away from their footballing endeavours.

We're already well aware of Rashford's philanthropic acts following the 25-year-old's involvement in the 'Free School Meals' campaign as well as having a handful of books on sale. But the Three Lions forward is also shrewd when it comes to business opportunities.

Aside from earning a reported £200,000 per-week at United, Rashford also earns £48,000 a day from his businesses. Accounts from Companies House showed that the footballer's businesses made £17.7million in the 12 months to April 2022 and hold total assets of £31 million.

The 25-year-old's image rights company MUCS Enterprises did particularly well, increasing its assets from £9.1million to £20.1million. Additionally, housing business MUCS Properties made a £6.5million profit and now has £9.7million worth of assets.

MUCS Investments is also understood to have held £292,227 in assets as of January 2022 and a private security business called MUCS Security has been set up, of which the MBE is sole director. The company is yet to file its accounts.

As quoted by the Sun, a source said: “Marcus is a bright bloke — and very quick to spot a business opportunity. His determination and drive comes from his childhood when he struggled. And he is now as good at spotting chances off the pitch, as he is on it — as his earnings show.”

Fellow Three Lions star and Mancunian Foden earns a reported £150,000 per-week for the newly coronated Premier League champions and also boasts a lucrative boots deal with Nike.

Additionally, the 22-year-old has earned £6.4million in two years from his image rights according to accounts filed by his company Rondog Sports.

The two Premier League stars are likely to face each other in the FA Cup final at Wembley in just under a fortnight before Foden and City jet off to Istanbul to take on Inter Milan in an attempt to lift the Cityzens' first Champions League title.
