Anthony Martial Rejects Transfer To TWO Premier League Clubs, Three European Teams Interested In Signing Man United Star

Anthony Martial Rejects Transfer To TWO Premier League Clubs, Three European Teams Interested In Signing Man United Star

Man United want Anthony Martial's full salary and loan fee covered, with the France striker pushing for a January exit from Old Trafford.

Anthony Martial has shut down approaches from two Premier League clubs and three European sides are interested in signing the wantaway Manchester United star, according to stunning reports.

The 26-year-old France striker has told United interim manager Ralf Rangnick he wants to leave Old Trafford and could make his exit in the January transfer window.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the United forward still wants to leave Old Trafford in January.

However, Martial is ‘not interested in any loan move’ to a Premier League club and has already turned down approaches from Newcastle and Tottenham.

Romano added that Barcelona, Sevilla and Juventus are ‘three options’ for Martial if he commits to a January exit.

It is believed that United would prefer to sell Martial in a permanent deal, but they would consider a loan deal for a fee and for their player’s wages to be fully covered.

“Anthony Martial wants to leave but he’s still not interested in any loan move to join English clubs. Newcastle and Tottenham approaches turned down,” Romano tweeted.

“Barcelona, Sevilla and Juventus are three options to leave in January. Man Utd ask for full salary covered [and] loan fee.”

Martial was the world’s most expensive teenage footballer in 2015 after United agreed to sign him from Monaco in a £36m deal.

The France international fell down the pecking order under former United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has been out of favour under Rangnick.

Martial, who is under contract until 2024, has been battling for minutes at United this season and scored only once in 10 appearances across all competitions.

Rangnick claimed that the Frenchman refused to be included in United’s squad for the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa last Saturday.

However, the former Monaco player fired back at the United interim manager and claimed he would “never disrespect” the club or the fans.

Martial’s agent, Philippe Lamboley, confirmed last December that his player would want to leave in January and “needs to play” more regular first-team football.

“Anthony wishes to leave the club in January,” he told Sky Sports.

“He just needs to play. He doesn’t want to stay in January and I will speak to the club soon.”
