Ralf Rangnick Tells Man United Star To Forget About January Move Because Nobody Wants Him

Ralf Rangnick Tells Man United Star To Forget About January Move Because Nobody Wants Him

No offers have been made for the wantaway Man United man.

Ralf Rangnick has told one of his Manchester United stars to focus on the club ahead of the new year as NO offer has been made for him amid intense transfer speculation.

Man United have been linked with a host of players ahead of the transfer window reopening in January.

But, on the other hand, some current stars are thought to be keen on moves away from Old Trafford.

From Jesse Lingard to Dean Henderson, not to mention Anthony Martial who has held talks with Rangnick about his future and it doesn't sound great for the Frenchman.

He wants to leave The Red Devils, but the interim boss wants him to stay as they remain in the hunt for three competitions while revealing that NOBODY has tabled an offer for the wantaway 26-year-old.

In his pre-match press conference, the 63-year-old said: "Yes we spoke on Wednesday. We spoke at length. He explained to me he’s been at Manchester United now for seven years and he feels it’s the right time for a change, to go somewhere else.

“In a way this is understandable, I could follow his thoughts but on the other hand, it’s also important to see the situation of the club.

“We have Covid times, we have three competitions in which we still have high ambitions.

I told him as long as there is no club showing interest in him, and it should not only be in the interest of the player it should also be in the interest of the club.

“So far, as far as I know, there has been no offer from any other club and as long as this is the case he will stay."

Martial moved to Man United in 2015 for an initial £36 million.

He has scored 79 goals for the club, but only has one goal to his name this season as he plays second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo.

The former AS Monaco man has played just 7 Premier League games this term, with his opportunities limited following the arrival of the Portuguese superstar.
