Usain Bolt Waiting For Call Up From Jose Mourinho

Bit of pace upfront.

Often under Louis van Gaal Manchester United were accused of lacking pace in the team, especially going forward. If Jose Mourinho wants to inject some into his own team then he could do worse than Usain Bolt, although how good he is at football is questionable.

The 100 and 200 metre world record holder has never hidden his love for Manchester United and his desire to one day play for them. Unlike most people who dream of playing for the team they support the Jamaican is at least at world class athlete to start with.

The sprint legend is clearly pretty happy with the appointment of Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford but he confirmed that after the Olympics are over he'll be waiting by the phone for a call up:

"I haven't got the call yet, but I know it's coming. Maybe he's waiting until after the Olympics. I'm definitely happy, it is a good choice. Mourinho is a winner, he works hard to win titles and that is what United need right now. He is building the squad and I look forward to it."

Bolt is back on the scene of three of his Olympic gold medals this weekend at the Olympic Stadium in London for the Anniversary Games as he makes his final preparation for Rio next month.

However whilst Bolt might like England he wasn't impressed with national football team's recent troubles adding, "I'm really disappointed in England. Every year I say that. You guys have the biggest league in the world and the best footballers, but no titles."
