Barcelona star Raphinha has been called out on social media for one shocking moment during the dramatic Spanish Super Cup final.

On Sunday, Barcelona embarrassed their historic rivals Real Madrid in the final of the Spanish Super Cup, winning the match 5-2.

Despite taking an early lead through summer super signing Kylian Mbappe, Real Madrid couldn't stop Barcelona from dominating the majority of the game, leading to the emphatic victory.

However, despite the impressive performance from Barcelona, there is one moment of Raphinha that has gone viral online as fans have called him out for his behaviour in the match.

Shortly after scoring the first goal of the match, Mbappe went down injured and immediately began receiving treatment on the pitch from Madrid's medical staff.

After several minutes of Mbappe's treatment, which was halting play from continuing, Raphinha decided to pick up the medical bag and carrying it it to the sideline, forcing the French striker and medical staff to move off the pitch, allowing the game to continue.

Reacting to the moment on social media, one fan wrote: "REMARKABLE stuff right here, as Raphinha carries the Real Madrid medical bag to the sideline so that the Real Madrid doctors have to follow him and treat Mbappe outside the pitch."

Replying to the post, one fan added: "Disgusting behaviour and this is who people think should win the ballon dor?"

While some argued that if it had been Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr who had carried off the medical bag of an opponent, there would be more outrage online.

One fan wrote: "If it was Vini, you would say irritating behaviour. Double standards."

Another agreed, adding: "If Vinicius did this it would have been a different reaction..you wouldn’t have said REMARKABLE"

Mbappe was later seen with strapping over his foot following the incident but was able to continue playing in the match.

Surprisingly, Raphinha's actions didn't lead to him receiving any kind of punishment from match officials, despite protests from several members of the Madrid staff.

Shortly after he found the net on two different occasions, taking the scoreline to 4-1 after goals from teammates Robert Lewandowski and Alejandro Balde.

The goals mark Raphinha's 18th and 19th of the season so far, taking his overall tally for goals and assists up to 31 G/A in 31 appearances for Barcelona.
