A sports event company is offering fans the chance to meet Lamine Yamal's mother, Sheila Ebana, at a Christmas dinner gala - for a huge fee.

Ebana, who was born in Equatorial Guinea before emigrating to Barcelona with her mother, accompanied Yamal, 18, to last week's Ballon d'Or event in Paris.

Her Instagram account has over 350,000 followers and she regularly posts photos of herself at Yamal's matches.

Aside from that, she does keep a relatively low public profile, with Yamal stating last month: "My mother couldn't be with me much because of work, but she always made me dinner when she came home at night.

"I bought her a house wherever she chose; she's my queen, she deserves everything, and that's what I want most in this world."

Of course, Yamal and his family have been thrust into the spotlight ever since the Ballon d'Or runner-up's ascent into the Barcelona first team at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.

The Spain international winger is already one of the most recognisable players in world football, and with that comes renewed interest in his family.

Now, a new post on Eventbrite - a live event and ticket-selling marketplace - advertises a special Christmas gala event next month, with Yamal's mother as the star guest.

The description for the event, which is administrated by Jen C Events, states: "Get ready to mingle with Sheila Ebana - Lamine Yamal's mum, one of the best footballers in the world at the ultimate JEN C Events Xmas bash."

The event is listed as taking place on November 7 between 7:30pm and 11:30pm in London.

It is available for over 18's only, with champagne presented on arrival and food, drink and entertainment on the agenda.

As for the cost, tickets are available to purchase from £130.72 - which is listed as an 'early bird discount'.

Those who purchase the cheapest ticket receive a three-course meal and champagne on arrival, as well as limited

drinks.

A 'silver ticket', which comes in at £150, adds a half bottle of wine.

The most expensive ticket is the VIP ticket, which comes in at a huge £313.82 and promises buyers a photo opportunity, an allocated seat on a VIP table and unlimited drinks, though is currently listed as not available.

Ebana's Instagram bio contains a link to the Everbrite page for the event.

Jen C Events posted a video on Instagram which showed Ebana in a white dressing gown, before footage of her attending the Ballon d'Or ceremony with Yamal.

The caption reads: "We are thrilled to announce that Early Bird Tickets are now on sale - and are selling fast! Secure yours today and be part of the excitement!

"Link in our bio at the top, and our story to get your tickets. We can't wait to see you soon."
