De Bruyne starred as Man City kicked off their US tour with a 2-1 win over Club America on Thursday.
The Belgium playmaker bagged both of his side's goals, netting a superb strike to open the scoring.
Jack Grealish set up De Bruyne, who beat not one but two defenders before unleashing a terrific hit.
On his trusted right foot, he curled home a gorgeous shot that hit the back of the net, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance.
Needless to say, De Bruyne's 'Man of the Match' performance sent social media wild.

De Bruyne's spectacular showing took place in front of 61,223 fans and Pep Guardiola spoke of the 'honour' of playing in Houston.

"When we arrived here five, six years ago and lost to United there were only a few blue shirts and now there are a lot.
"We were happy to see them and the game was really good."
