Jack Grealish admits he hasn't slept since winning Champions League, then calls himself a Turkey

The Manchester City midfielder was on top form throughout Monday night's event.

It might not come as much of a surprise to many reading this, but here we go anyway. Jack Grealish hasn't slept a wink since Manchester City lifted the Champions League trophy on Saturday night.

That's according to the man himself, who opened up about the past two days during a chaotic treble parade that featured him stumbling out of a tram, and having champagne poured on his head by Erling Haaland.

After admitting to losing his voice after having "the best day and night" following their 1-0 win over Inter Milan, Grealish went on to brand himself "a Turkey that needs feeding" during an on-stage appearance.

Moments later, teammate Kalvin Phillips appeared to pour some vodka in his mouth as the likes of Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva cheered him on – a sign of things to come, for sure.

You can watch that moment below:

Here's how fans on social media reacted to Grealish's antics on stage.

One said: "Loving this Grealish content. Proper normal lad doing what he loves for a living and letting his hair down celebrating the treble. All for it," while another commented: "So refreshing to see just a normal lad having it."

A third wrote: "Don’t think there’s a more likeable guy in football than Jack Grealish."

A fourth added: "I’m all in on this version of Jack Grealish. Would be great to see him turn up to England training tomorrow morning in an Uber with a kebab and that hi-vis vest still on."

The 27-year-old forward, who has been one of City's standout performers this season, was having the time of his life throughout Monday's event, with fan footage being shared far and wide on Twitter.

Here's some of the best bits.

After the full-time whistle on Saturday night, Grealish gave an emotional interview after City beat Inter Milan to win the Champions League for the first time in their history.

"It's what you work your whole life for, isn't it? So happy. I played so bad today, I was awful," he said.

"To win the treble with this group of players and staff, I swear, it's so special. Everyone that knows me knows how important family is to me and how much I love football. This is what I've worked for my whole life.

"You think back to all the people who have helped me along the way. Just seeing my family there in the crowd, man, it's just so emotional."

He added: "I've said to him [Guardiola], I just want to thank you. You've made this happen for me. He put so much faith in me, buying me for a lot of money, and even last year, when I was playing c***, he stayed there and spoke to me and gave me that platform to go and perform."
