Barcelona midfielder Gavi once again showed his angry side in the latest Clasico meeting, as he clashed with two Real Madrid stars.

It's been an odd season for Gavi, who was named as the best young player in the world, when he was announced as the Kopa Trophy winner in October.

Whilst being recognised so highly, he's also had to battle with the strangest contract issues, through no fault of his own, and left not knowing if he's a Barcelona first team player or not.

With the latest ruling that he isn't, almost certain to be relegated Elche has even appealed to the Spanish FA to have Xavi's side stripped of points, believing the midfielder wasn't eligible to play against them.

Maybe it explains why, on the pitch, the extremely talented 18-year-old appears to be getting angrier and angrier with each passing week.

During the recent Clasico clash in La Liga, the teenager took out fellow Spain midfielder Dani Ceballos, just before the pair were due to team up during the international break.

On Wednesday night, the youngster was at it again, in the latest game against Barca's bitter rivals, in the second leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final.

The midfielder could be seen grabbing at Real forward Rodrygo's neck, and then pushed the forward, as the pair battled for the ball.

The Spain international managed to avoid a yellow card for the incident, but that didn't mean he went the whole game without a caution.

In typical fashion, the former Real Betis youth academy player also found himself in an ongoing battle with another Brazilian forward.

There were a couple of incidents with Vinicius Jr, as Gavi appeared to run into the side of his opponent, who was trying to hold off Ronald Araujo.

Perturbed by the clash, Vinicius then got up and tried to grab the ball off the midfielder, before a bit of pushing and shoving ensued, leading to both men getting booked.

You might be able to guess from the caption that it's posted by a Barcelona fan, but let's not pretend that Gavi didn't have a major part in the incident.

With that taking place just before half-time, the pair were seen nattering and trying to wind each other up, as they headed to their perspective dressing room's at half time.

It wasn't a good night for the Catalan giants, who took a one goal lead into the second leg at the Nou Camp, but couldn't keep their rivals at bay.

Vinicius Jr levelled the game just before the half time break, before a Ramadan observing Karim Benzema scored a second half hat-trick, to send Carlo Ancelotti's side into the final, where they'll face Osasuna.
