Manchester United legend Gary Neville has been ruthlessly picked apart by Arsenal fans after they claimed the Sky Sports pundit has an ‘agenda’ against them.

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side have been in sensational form this season and firmly established themselves as Premier League title contenders.

The Gunners lead defending champions Manchester City by five points at the top of the table, with Arsenal also having a match in hand over Pep Guardiola’s men.

Arsenal secured a vital three points in the title race over the weekend in their thrilling encounter with Manchester United at the Emirates.

Eddie Nketiah scored a sensational late winner to seal a 3-2 win for the Gunners, with Neville on Sky Sports commentary duties for the Premier League clash.

Neville prompted the fury of Arsenal fans, which even led to Gunners fans calling for a petition to have him banned from commentary on any of their matches.

One Arsenal fan has produced a compilation of Neville’s scathing arguments on the Gunners this season, including criticism of summer signing Oleksandr Zinchenko.

The Twitter user, kimmoAFC, called out the former United defender and branded Neville as a “blinded” man who has “old hatred” for the Gunners.

A man blinded by jealousy and old hatred.

He's obsessed by not being proved wrong and just keeps on digging. If I were this useless on my work I would be fired on the spot.

How is it possible to be this wrong on everything? Just resign, Gary... 😭 pic.twitter.com/096rutYUfh

Arsenal fans flocked to Twitter to slam Neville further, with the Red Devils legend called out for being the “most embarrassing pundit” in football.

One furious fan wrote: “State of pundits in this country is at an all-time low. All emotion and not an ounce of logic when many of them speak.”

Another angrily said: “The hatred is absolutely unreal. Been saying it for years and it’s being exposed now we are doing so well. Inject loads more of this into me.”

“How many Ls in one compilation can one man [take]? Outrageous,” a Twitter user posted.

A fourth fan responded to the compilation: “At least [Jamie Carragher] puts his club loyalties aside. Very honest about where Liverpool are at moment, whereas [Gary Neville], this video says it all.”

While one fan tweeted: “The most embarrassing ‘pundit’ in football.”
