Fans spot EA FC 24 glitch that helps you win all Squad Battles on highest difficulty

A new glitch has appeared.

EA FC 24 players have spotted a glitch that allows you to win Squad Battles on Ultimate difficulty with ease.

Squad Battles is a single player game mode on Ultimate Team that pits your squad up against different AI XIs, formed using different players and chemistry levels.

Every week, the game gives you rewards based on where you placed that week, or how many points you received.

The mode uses all AI difficulties from Beginner to Ultimate, meaning that those who play and win on the highest difficulty will have better opportunities at better rewards.

But fans have spotted a major glitch in the Squad Battles system that is already causing significant issues - and it has gone viral on social media.

In order to perform the glitch, players have to access the Kick Off section of EA FC 24, before playing '3 vs 3 Rush' on Volta Football.

Exiting the game and playing Squad Battles afterwards caused your match to become a three versus three - effectively making it far easier to win matches even against the toughest AI.

And taking to X (Twitter), fans gave their reactions to the glitch.

One wrote: "I've got a confession to make - I can't beat Ultimate difficulty on Squad Battles even with the 3v3 glitch."

Another said: "The squad battles glitch is actually really funny, but it needs to be fixed asap. Not sure how they deal with this week's rewards."

A third added: "Squad battles glitch is crazy, just beat Ultimate 4-1."

And a fourth remarked: "If you need to use the squad battles glitch to actually get points you shouldn't even be playing."

Another wrote: "The best glitch is the new squad battles one. 3v3 on a full sized pitch."

UPDATE: EA Sports have confirmed that the glitch has been acknowledged and identified, and has been fixed in a patch that will be deployed on Thursday.
