Plenty of footballers have complained about their FIFA ratings over the years but Ayling would have a legitimate complaint to make about his card in FIFA 14.
It's not that Ayling, then at Yeovil Town, would complain about his rating necessarily but it's just that the 29-year-old doesn't look his best on the card.
Speaking exclusively to SPORTbible, the Leeds defender explained how he'd been left stitched up on picture day, after an incident in his previous game.
"We played Crewe last game of the season and I broke my nose," the former Bristol City player said, "We made the play offs so we had our photos done for the final just in case.
"I said 'can you edit the eyes,' cause they were bad.
"I logged into FIFA the next season and there are the pictures. Cheers lads..."
Fortunately Ayling laughed off the story so we don't think he was too wounded that the pictures were left unedited, it probably helped that Yeovil won the play-offs and were promoted to the Championship.
Whilst Ayling's might be the best example of a, let's say 'different,' FUT card, then he certainly isn't the only one to be left with a memorable picture.

It's fair to say Ayling has gone through a bit of a 'glow up' since 2014.
