Marcelo is arguably one of the best left-backs in the world. There's no denying that the Brazilian has been absolutely deadly for Real Madrid, both attacking-wise and defending-wise. It would seem that EA Sports has taken that one step further.
Marcelo is an 88-rated left-back in FIFA 19, which is probably the highest rating for any player in that position. What's even better about his Ultimate Team card is that the defender could play in almost any other position with those stats.
He has insane dribbling that clocks in at 90, along with 82 pace and physical. If you're ever taking him further up the pitch, you don't have to worry about getting him back in position if you're caught on the counter-attack.

The Los Blancos player even has 83 passing, so imagine those amazing passes that you could float straight into the box for a striker.
Oh, and fancy taking a shot with him? Marcelo has 71 shooting, which means there's no reason not to try hitting an absolute screamer or slotting one in coolly from inside the box.
According to a leak, Marcelo has been listed as a potential five-star skiller in FIFA 19. If it's true - and we hope it is - he could be the only defender in the game to have skill moves at the highest level.
