Borussia Monchengladbach had already won their clash ahead of Celtic on Wednesday after after some fantastic Tweets from the club's official English account.
The German side had been having a love-in with the Hoops prior to their 2-0 victory in their Champions League Group C clash and won the internet after their brilliant response to a cheeky Glasgow pub sign.

The bar had made an attempt to write Monchengladbach's name on an advertisement board and after several failed attempts, resigned to branding them 'A German Team'.
Gladbach's Twitter responded in the best way possible by posting the photo and changing their name to ' A German Team' - a name change they kept in place until today:
But it seems the trend has now caught on as Bayern Munich prepared for their weekend clash with Die Fohlen by posting the below image to their Twitter account.

It seems as if Glaswegian banter is being accepted across the continent.
