Radja Nainggolan has been in trouble for his out of work activities in the past but the new Inter signing is set to miss out on any punishment after swearing at a fan in a club at 2am.

Looking back with hindsight Roberto Martinez did a pretty good job of picking his Belgium squad for the World Cup but it's certainly not the opinion everyone had when he first announced his 23 man squad for Russia.

Back in June when Martinez left Radja Nainggolan out of his squad everyone thought the former Wigan manager was making an absolutely terrible decision, after all the former Roma midfielder is one of the best midfielders in Europe.

Nainggolan though does have a way of annoying some of his managers and the national team boss was never a fan of his smoking so he was left at home for the summer.

That gave him the chance to spend the summer making the move from Roma to Inter to be reunited with his former boss in the capital Luciano Spalletti but Nainggolan was missing from the Nerazzurri's first game of the season, a loss to Sassuolo.

His absence was down to an injury but it didn't help things that the Belgian was spotted in club La Casa Loca on Friday night. In a video, shot by the fan in question, he's told, "You have to play soon go to bed," with Nainggolan replying by sticking his finger up:

Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera report, via Calciomercato, that the club have found no issue with the players behaviour and won't be punishing him.

Presumably as they knew he wasn't fit enough to play in the first game he was given the night off and his reaction to the fan wasn't anything severe. Nainggolan did appear at Appiano Gentile for training on Saturday morning.

Inter have had a good summer in terms of signings and are expected to challenge Juventus this season, despite the Old Lady's addition of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.

They got off to a bad start with a loss to Sassuolo and will be hoping to get back on track against Torino at the weekend.
