The PFA Team of the Year gives credit and celebration to the best-performing Premier League player in their specialist position every season.

Or, just occasionally, you wonder if some PFA admin assistant is having a joke and picked the names out of a hat.

For example: did you know Sergio Aguero had never featured in a PFA Team of the Year until 2019? Not even in 2015 when he won the Golden Boot. Also, Xabi Alonso never, ever, featured in one.

However all of the players below have. And - since we all have no football to watch apart from Premier League Years on an endless loop - you now know all about the stars of every season. Right?

Well, we've deleted one player from each PFA Team of the Year for the last 15 seasons. All you need to do is pick out who's missing.
