Only one club in Europe's 55 top divisions has won every single game this season

PSV Eindhoven have enjoyed an extraordinary start to the season and have done something no other team has.

There are 734 clubs playing in the top men's divisions across the 55 UEFA member nations but only one of them has made a 100% start to their league season.

When talking about clubs that steamroll their way to league titles, the usual suspects come to mind.

Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Juventus and Liverpool have all left their rivals for dead early on in seasons, but none have managed the feat this term.

Out of Europe's 734 top-flight clubs, PSV Eindhoven of the Netherlands are the only team to have won every single league fixture so far this season.

The Dutch side have won all 16 of their league outings, scoring 52 goals in the process and conceding just six.

In September, Peter Bosz's side won three consecutive matches by a 4-0 scoreline and in November they recorded their biggest win of the campaign to date, a 6-0 hammering of Heracles Almelo.

PSV - former home of stars such as Ronaldo Nazario and Ruud van Nistelrooy - are already running away with the Eredivisie title.

The Eindhoven side are 10 points clear of closest chasers Feyenoord and look set to win a 25th league title and a first since 2018.

In fact, when all competitions are taken into account, PSV have only tasted defeat once this season. Despite being drawn in a tough Champions League group along with Arsenal, Sevilla and Lens, the Dutch side bounced back from their opening-day loss to the Gunners by winning two and drawing three of their remaining games to reach the last 16 as group runners-up.

One of their wins was a dramatic 3-2 triumph against Sevilla in Spain, earned after PSV found themselves 2-0 down with little over 20 minutes left to play.

With a squad packed with future superstars like Malik Tillman, Ricardo Pepi and Yohan Bakayoko, PSV are certainly a team everyone should try and watch at least once this season.

PSV will look to keep their winning run going when they take on AZ Alkmaar on Sunday.
