Referencing the former Manchester City midfielder's comments on Talk TV, Morgan challenged Barton to follow through on his promise and put money on the line.
"Here's my challenge to Joey Barton," said Morgan. "You do that. Let's set that up. Take 100 penalties against her and for every one you miss, you give £100,000 to a charity of our choice. £100,000 per missed penalty.
"I reckon you'd be down a few million because she's a good goalkeeper! He was also personally abusive and said that she was a sack of spuds.
"She's obviously a great athlete, she's supremely fit, she's at the top of her game, playing in World Cup finals and so on.

"So that kind of abuse is completely unacceptable, we can all agree on that."
