Michael Olise makes key contract demand that could impact Liverpool and Real Madrid transfer
Michael Olise has made a key demand in contract negotiations with Bayern Munich as Real Madrid and Liverpool keep tabs on his situation.
The France international has quickly developed into one of the best players in world football, scoring 50 goals in 114 games for Bayern since joining from Crystal Palace.
But he has also been the source of constant speculation surrounding his future, with Real reportedly circling around him in the summer transfer. Olise stayed put at the Allianz Arena and the club are looking to tie him down to fresh terms.

A new report from BILD claims that Bayern wish to extend Olise's contract until 2032 and are prepared to offer him a salary of £21million per year, which would make him one of the club's tope earners.

However, Olise is adamant that a release clause of £170million must be included in the contract.
That would make a departure to another club much easier for the Frenchman and give him more power in the situation.
Bayern club legend and supervisory board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has acknowledged the need to reward Olise, hailing him as "exceptional" and stating, "At some point, the club will have to sit down with him and present a suitable offer".
Real were heavily linked with Olise in the summer but without a release clause present in his deal, Bayern had a strong negotiating position and any interest was seen off.
Teammate Harry Kane has spoken with huge praise about Olise, who he believes has raised his level in recent times.
Speaking to BILD, Kane said: "He has made an incredible start to the season. I already thought he was fantastic last year. He had a great World Cup and has continued seamlessly from there. I believe that, thanks to his age and his mentality, he will continue to improve."
"The players around him motivate him, and of course, so does the coach. He is in an excellent environment to improve and continue developing. Since the start of the season, he has raised his level significantly once again.”

Olise is involved in talks over a new deal at Bayern but he does not have a contract with any of the major sports brands.
An article from French newspaper L'Equipe, discussed Olise lacking a boot sponsor, with a source stating: "He doesn’t have one, it doesn’t interest him at all".
The winger is seemingly uninterested in the vast commercial benefits and money he would earn and is not dictated to wear specific boots and attire.
Olise often pairs his boots with his kit, normally going for Nike designs but also sporting Adidas numbers and even a New Balance product.
He has never had a boots deal in his entire career, with the free agency virtually unheard of at the top of the game.
