Micah Richards' comment about David Beckham left the entire CBS panel speechless.

On Wednesday night, Richards, along with Kate Scott (Formerly Kate Abdo), Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher were reunited in the CBS studio as they headed the channel's coverage of the Champions League.

The popular quartet have given fans some of the funniest moments in Champions League history due to their close bond and on set banter.

During a segment of the show, Richards appeared to be distracted by drilling noises.

He said: "Sorry, I'm hearing drilling somewhere."

Presenter Scott said: "Why has that thrown you so much? It's a big building," before adding: "The deal with the drilling apparently we are building a set for David Beckham."

At this point, Richards went: "Ohhhhh, he can drill what he wants."

The Englishman's comment left Henry and Carragher visibly stunned.

Richards instantly realised what he said as his smile was quickly wiped off his face.

You can watch the footage below.

Scott then said: "Moving on, it's a massive night in Madrid."

Reacting on social media, one fan said: "I love this bunch."

Another tweeted: "These guys are crazy."

A third fan added: "Amazing."

Someone else wrote: "These guys are soooo unserious man."

A fifth commented: "The best part about the Champions League are these guys."

Another fan said: "LMAOOOO bro best sports show on TV."

At the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, Atletico Madrid are looking to overcome a 2-1 first leg defeat against rivals Real Madrid.

Diego Simeone's men got off to the perfect start as Englishman Conor Gallagher netted inside the first minute to level the score on aggregate.

Speaking on TNT Sports, former Liverpool and Real star Steve McManaman said: "Atletico work the ball out wide really well. Brilliant by Conor Gallagher in the middle, it's the Englishman that gets the touch. It's not Jude Bellingham but Gallagher. What a start to this game. Tie level after 30 seconds. Wow."

Atletico or Real will take on either Arsenal or PSV Eindhoven in the last eight.
