Marcus Rashford's potential Barcelona debut has been cancelled over what has been described as a 'serious breach of contract'.
After months of speculation, Rashford left Manchester United this week by joining Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona on loan for the 25/26 season.
The Englishman spent the second half of the 24/25 campaign at Aston Villa after falling out of favour under Ruben Amorim.
Rashford will now look to continue the revival of his career with the Catalan club.

The 27-year-old was officially unveiled by Barcelona on Wednesday as he was pictured with club president Joan Laporta.
Rashford is now expected to join his teammates in the coming days in Asia for a pre-season tour.
Originally, Barcelona were scheduled to take on Japanese side Vissel Kobe, which could have been Rashford's debut.

However, it has now been stated that the match has been cancelled due to a 'serious breach of contract'.
A statement read: "Barcelona announces that it has been obliged to suspend its participation in the game scheduled for next Sunday in Japan due to serious contractual breaches on behalf of the promotor.
"Nevertheless, the club will consider readjusting the leg of the summer tour in South Korea, where two games are scheduled against FC Seoul (31 July) and Daegu FC (4 August), if certain conditions are met by the promotor."
It continued: "If these conditions are met, then the club will travel to South Korea in the coming days.

"FC Barcelona regrets this incident and the impact it will have on the many, many Barça fans in Japan."
Speaking on the back of joining Barcelona, Rashford said: "It's a club where dreams come true.

"They win big prizes and what the club stands for really means a lot to me. It feels like I'm at home and it's a big factor in my choice to come here. It's a family club and people are comfortable here."
Barcelona are expected to be in action next week against South Korean side FC Seoul.
