Marcus Rashford has reportedly taken drastic action to force his departure from Manchester United this summer.
The England international spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa after being frozen out by manager Ruben Amorim.
He scored four goals and provided four assists for Villa, and earned a recall to the national squad under Thomas Tuchel.

However, Villa have decided not to trigger a £40 million option to sign Rashford and he has now returned to Old Trafford.
How long that returns last, however, appears to depend on how quickly the 27-year-old can negotiate an exit - with his career at United seemingly over.
He has been linked with moves to Barcelona and, this week, Bayern Munich.
The Barca links have quietened in recent weeks as the Spanish giants attempted to seal a move for winger Nico Williams, but he has now signed a staggering 10-year contract extension at Athletic Bilbao.

Les Cules intended to trigger Williams' €62 million release clause but Bilbao argued that would be a breach of La Liga's 1:1 rules, where clubs cannot spend more money than they bring in.
Now, Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claim that Rashford is willing to reduce his wage demands in order to force a transfer to Camp Nou.
It is noted that Barcelona is the forward's 'dream' move, but that the Spanish club do not consider him their 'plan A'.

Their 'plan A' is instead said to be Liverpool's Luis Diaz, but it is added that negotiations are likely to be delayed after Reds forward Diogo Jota was killed in a car crash on Thursday as 'now is not the time to talk about the transfer market'.
Furthermore, in relation to Rashford, The Independent claim that the Englishman and manager Amorim are currently not on speaking terms.
It is reported that the 27-year-old wants to return to Old Trafford and 'stake his place in the team'.
He has spent the summer with a personal trainer in Marbella, and it is claimed that United have not discussed his future or a potential move to Barcelona or Bayern.
