Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is facing a battle to keep his job and one Champions League manager has seemingly put himself forward to replace the beleaguered Portuguese.
Amorim, 40, has endured a difficult time in charge of United since replacing Erik ten Hag as head coach in November of last year.
The former Sporting boss has managed just nine wins from 32 Premier League games, although one of those came last weekend - a much-needed 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Old Trafford.
That result was the first time Amorim had secured back-to-back wins at home in the league since taking charge of the club. He will hope to build on that positive result when United travel to face Brentford on Saturday.

For now, Amorim retains the backing of United's hierarchy, according to the MEN, although that stance could change if results don't improve - with the club currently 11th in the Premier League table.
Several managers have been linked with the top job at Old Trafford should Amorim leave or step down, including Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner and former England manager Gareth Southgate.

Now another name has thrown his hat into the ring, Eintracht Frankfurt boss Dino Toppmoller.

The 44-year-old guided the Frankfurt to a third-place finish in the Bundesliga last season, securing them Champions League football.
They've taken two wins from four at the start of the new domestic campaign but currently top the Champions League league phase table after thrashing Galatasaray 5-1 in their opening game.
Toppmoller has a reputation for developing young talent into world-class players, with Manchester City's Omar Marmoush and Liverpool striker Hugo Ekitike leaving Frankfurt in big-money transfers in recent years.
When asked by German publication Bild to name his dream club, Toppmoller mentioned United - revealing himself to be a boyhood fan of the Red Devils.

"Basically, it's a dream to be at Eintracht now," he said.

"It's simply a fantastic club. Here, as a teenager, I witnessed for the first time that my father was a Bundesliga coach. That naturally creates an emotional bond with a club.
"Thinking about abroad, I often played computer games as a child, always with one team: Manchester United. That would definitely be nice someday, because it's an extraordinary club.

"When I was a teenager, Manchester United was, along with Real Madrid, the biggest club of all."
However, Amorim has played down suggestions he could leave United, after being linked with Benfica prior to Jose Mourinho's appointment.
"I'm] focused only on Manchester and that will be my only club," he said.
