A former Manchester United star has reportedly been banned from entering the dressing and banished from his club after a fiery bust-up.
Marcos Rojo, who played 122 times for United, returned to his native Argentina with Boca Juniors in 2021 and has won three trophies with the club.
He is joined by three fellow former United stars in Boca's squad, with Edinson Cavani, Ander Herrera and Sergio Romero also in the ranks.
But the Argentine giants are in a dire run of form, having gone 11 consecutive games without a win in 90 games.
Boca failed to pick up a victory in the Club World Cup group stage and could only manage a draw against amateur side Auckland City of New Zealand.
On Sunday, they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Huracan in the second phase of the Argentine Primera Division, leaving them 13th in Group A after three games played.
And remarkably, in the aftermath of the loss, a report from ESPN claims that Rojo has been exiled from the first-team by manager Miguel Angel Russo.

It's claimed there is no going back for the former Sporting CP defender as the decision "will not be reversed".
He will therefore have to look into terminating his contract, which runs until 31 December 2025, if he wishes to move on and play elsewhere.

But Rojo isn't alone in being expelled from the first-team. Both Cristian Lema and Marcelo Saracchi have been given the same treatment in recent times and tried to facilitate departures but were unsuccessful in doing so.

Rojo has not played for Boca since a penalty shoot-out win over Lanus in May and was on the bench in all three Club World Cup games.
He is believed to have told his employers he wished to leave prior to the tournament but no official offers were received and so the 35-year-old has been left in limbo at Boca.
Boca will look to end their wretched run of form on Saturday when they host Racing Club at La Bombonera.
