Manchester United youngster JJ Gabriel appeared to mock one Liverpool star after scoring a brilliant goal in a U18 derby.

On Saturday afternoon, rivals United and Liverpool took on each other in a U18 Premier League derby at the AXA Training Centre.

During what was a one-sided affair, United came away 7-0 winners, thanks to goals by Gabriel (Three), Bendito Mantato, Louie Bradbury, Jim Thwaites and Sam Lusale.

As a result, United are third in the North Conference table with 20 points, seven points ahead of Liverpool, who are in ninth place.

During the match, youngster Gabriel was the star of the show as he netted a hat-trick.

After scoring his first to make it 2-0, Gabriel appeared to mock Liverpool star Alexander Isak by pulling out the Swede's trademark celebration, where he runs off while raising his thumb.

Reacting on social media, one fan said: "Did he just do the Isak celebration?"

Another tweeted: "Bro did the isak cele."

A third fan added: "He's just having fun... Love the Isak cele."

Someone else wrote: "dk what was better, the goal or the Isak celebration (especially against Liverpool).

A fifth commented: "HES SO SO COLD."

Another fan said: "JJ Gabriel did Alexander Isak's celebration AGAINST Liverpool after he scored his goal."

Due to his impressive form for the U18s, it was claimed that United boss Ruben Amorim included Gabriel in first team training this week.

In addition, 17-year-old stars Noah Ajayi, Jim Thwaites and Godwill Kukonki have all been working with the first team in recent weeks.

United are looking to bounce back on Sunday afternoon when they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Last time out, the Red Devils were booed off after losing to 10-man Everton at Old Trafford on Monday night.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are looking to end their dismal form by beating West Ham United at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
