Manchester United fans all want one player dropped despite their dramatic victory against Brentford.

On Saturday afternoon, United were looking to bounce back after their Champions League defeat by Turkish champions Galatasaray.

However, they fell behind at Old Trafford after Brentford’s Mathias Jensen scored inside 30 minutes.

As the clock ticked towards the 93rd minute, United were given a lifeline after second-half substitute Scott McTominay netted an equaliser.

With just seconds left on the clock, McTominay headed in a dramatic late winner to seal a much-needed 2-1 victory for Erik ten Hag’s men.

Despite enjoying their last-minute victory, United fans have demanded that Casemiro be dropped for their next fixture.

One said: “Casemiro can’t start after the break.”

Another tweeted: “Amrabat must start over Casemiro from now on.”

A third fan added: “Casemiro needs to be sitting down, and com'on when need, shouldn't get a start anymore.”

Someone else wrote: “Casemiro was rightly subbed. Shouldn’t start the next game either.”

Whilst a fifth commented: “Casemiro’s ‘credit’ might have run out. Ten Hag needs to start making brutal decisions.”

Another United fan said: “I don't wanna see Casemiro start games for Man Utd for some time.”

Speaking after the match, Red Devils boss Ten Hag wants this result as the turning point of their season.

He said: “This must be the turning point. This reflects our season so far from the start of a game. It has to be that you believe and you see the fans believe: they are sticking together. They are behind us and they kept us going.

“But then we have a plan and that is the big compliment for the team. They kept the plan. They kept switching. And from there on in the right moment, you bring the ball in the box.”

Ten Hag added: “And of course we had to make and bring more players in the box. And I think that's what we did the last 30 minutes and then you get rewarded in the end.”
