Manchester City have named their price for Jack Grealish, who reportedly already has a preference on what club he wishes to join this summer.

After making just seven Premier League starts last season, Grealish was left out of City's 28-man Club World Cup squad in a move that would appear to confirm he is surplus to requirements at the Etihad Stadium.

Currently on holiday while his teammates are in the United States for the revamped tournament, City's record £100 million signing has been told by Thomas Tuchel that he needs regular minutes in order to return to the England squad and Grealish is not short of potential suitors.

He has been linked with former club Aston Villa, Newcastle and West Ham, with there also being abroad interest from Napoli and Bayer Leverkusen.

Although he still has two years on his contract, City are well aware that Grealish's stock has dropped and that they will be making a hefty loss on what they spent on him in 2021.

Man City's asking price for Jack Grealish

According to The Guardian, City are yet to receive an official offer for their No.10 but are looking to recoup around £50 million for Grealish.

His £300,000-a-week wages could put off any interested parties but the reports that City may explore at a loan deal if a permanent move cannot be arranged.

Surprisingly, one report from Football Insider claims that Grealish's preference is actually a move to Everton and he is "excited" by the interest from Merseyside outfit.

The report states that, "the glamour of the club’s new stadium and the possibility of a regular starting role is attractive to the former Aston Villa star, who does not just want to be a squad player at a Champions League club."

City kick off their Club World Cup campaign on June 18 when they take on Moroccan side Wydad AC, before they face Al Ain and Juventus.

Grealish will play no part in the competition and teammate Erling Haaland took to social media to express his sadness about his pal's absence.

On Snapchat, the Norwegian referenced the empty seat next to him on the plane and wrote, "Jack Grealish where are you" alongside a sad emoji.

Kyle Walker also looks set to move on this summer, with Fenerbahce leading the race for the England defender after he spent the second half of last season loan at AC Milan.
