Erling Haaland's agent has revealed all about his transfer to Manchester City and dropped a big hint over his future.

The 23-year-old made the move from Borussia Dortmund to City back in 2022 for £51.2m and immediately took the Premier League by storm breaking the record for most goals scored in a single season.

His goals were crucial as City clinched a historic treble becoming only the second English side to do so after their local rivals Manchester United.

Whilst his numbers are exceptional Haaland hasn't been short of criticism with many believing him to be very one-dimensional.

Former United midfielder turned pundit Roy Keane is one of those and also blasted the Norwegian's attitude live on air last season.

However, you can't deny that he hasn't worked hard to cement his status in City's team, with his meteoric rise at Dortmund and Red Bull Salzburg clear evidence of that.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Flashscore, Haaland's agent Rafaela Pimenta has spoken about his big move to the Premier League and provided a hint about her client's future.

Pimenta has been Haaland's sole agent ever since the tragic death of Mino Raiola who also previously represented him.

She spoke about how his transfer to City was a 'bittersweet' moment due to the absence of Raiola.

"What I'm about to tell you is sad. Because, from my perspective, the Haaland transfer tasted bittersweet," she explained.

"In other words, sweet and bitter at the same time. And why was that? Because Mino wasn't there.

"I would have loved to have been with him at that moment, at the time of the transfer, at the time of the signing and especially at the time of Haaland's first match."

Pimenta was also asked about the striker's future and whether other clubs could persuade him to depart City or could he be a 'one-club man'.

"I don't know, but I think the Erling Haaland project is one that will last over time, over the next few years. It will also depend on trends in football," she continued.

"In any case, one thing is certain today, Erling Haaland feels at home at Manchester City. He is 1000 per cent committed to the City project and is already looking forward to the new season with the club."
